DawaSwift is a people-powered three-sided online medicine ordering and delivery ecosystem, leveraging unique, innovative, and engaging digital and offline experiences to fuel our growth. In order to meet our ambitious company goals, we are looking for a Software Engineering Lead to scale our rapidly growing engineering team and overall business by providing sound technical leadership to all aspects of the company. The ideal candidate is someone who is energized by the idea of joining a hyper-growth company that is leading the second wave of e-commerce.
As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will drive the strategic direction of digital growth marketing for DawaSwift. You will ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth. You will also play a role in developing and sharing consumer insights, creatives and product features to talk through creative strategy. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the founders and the team at DawaSwift.
Drive pharmacy, driver (delivery partner) and customer acquisition using in performance marketing, brand marketing. Research ideas to execute a strategic and cohesive marketing strategy for DawaSwift
Own all channels, budgets, strategies and execution for acquisition.
Work cross functionally across product, engineering, creative, and legal.
Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving marketing performance, execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics to detect statistical significance.
Study and monitor competitors that are relevant to specific features or initiatives to help strategically differentiate and position Dawaswift.
Optimize digital strategies for hiring in partnership with hiring managers
Provide necessary leadership in crafting members’ experiences that balance business needs, company’s vision, member needs and product priorities.
You must have:
4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
3+ years directly managing a performance marketing channel (Search, Display, Paid Social, Email, etc.)
Demonstrated step-function growth and improved efficiency of marketing channels
Analytically driven with technical proficiency to get answers on your own.
A passion for experimentation through A/B/N testing.
Ability to synthesize disparate information sets into a cohesive narrative and strategy.
Proficiency with SQL/Looker/Tableau
You also likely have:
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including experience leading teams and groups cross-functionally to the best outcome
Minimum 3+ years directly managing a performance marketing channel (Search, Display, Paid Social, Email, etc.) in a B2C environment
EMastery of communicating to others in a succinct and easy to understand manner
Proficiency with python / R / Tableau / Looker / PowerBI
