How to make a DawaSwift withdrawal in Kenya

Mobile Money
To withdraw your savings, simply go to "My Accounts" drop down menu and select "Withdraw". Enter in the amount you wish to cash out and click on “Withdraw”. Your savings will be sent to your MPesa account right away. Kindly note that carrier fees apply when processing the withdrawals.

Bank Transfer
Please feel free to use bank transfer option whenever you wish to withdraw your savings without having to worry about mobile money daily limits. Please get in touch with our customer care at to help with your bank transfer. Please note that it takes 2-3 business days for funds to appear on your bank statement after the processing is done by our finance team.

● Maximum Transaction limit = 70,000 KSh
● Maximum Daily Transaction limit = 140,000 KSh
Note: You need to have at least 66 KSh available balance in order to make a withdrawal.
